Job Title: Delivery & Warehouse Supervisor – Floral Operations

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Delivery & Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations of our floral distribution. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management, quality control, order fulfillment, and timely delivery of floral products to retail clients and event partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, perishable-product environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Operations
Supervise and schedule delivery drivers to meet the shop needs.
Collaborate with the customer service and event staff to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Address customer delivery issues or product concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Help with flower receiving, flower processing, and shop cleanup.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Warehouse Operations & Logistics
Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of hardgoods and supplies.
Supplying the retail location with hardgoods.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the hardgoods manager for reordering inventory.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Equipment & Facility Management
Maintain warehouse equipment, walker stacker, coolers, and delivery vehicles.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment.
Ensure scheduled maintenance is done on the vehicles.

Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a floral, food, or other perishable goods industry.
Schedule flexibility required during peak floral seasons, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cool storage environments for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license - no moving violations or criminal record.
